Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped via PostNL and dispatched within 4 business days.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Product Care

Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in shape, glaze, and finish are part of its character.

Pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe, and glazed with lead-free, food-safe glaze.

The exterior is sometimes left unglazed for a natural, matte finish — this is intentional and part of the design.

For long-term care, hand washing is still recommended.
